Founded in 2014 Sygnoos is a software development company, which fully operates remotely.
We started out with two people, and today we’re a company of about 20 people. We’re designers, programmers, dancers, engineers, wine lovers, analysts, footballists, musicians, readers, travellers, gardeners, volunteers, parents, and of course hard workers (!). With such a diverse group of people, with so many interests, we bring a unique perspective to everything we do.

Job responsibilities:
• Create, maintain, and execute well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, document, and track defects during software development
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Assist engineering teams on issues analysis and localization
• Test result analyses and reporting
• Foster a continuous improvement approach to QA activities
Required skills:
• Experience in diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues
• Solid knowledge of QA techniques, testing concepts, methodologies and tools
• Experience with issue tracking and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Good knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Ability to collaborate with the development team
• Analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Required candidate level: Mid level
